1、 Raw materials and molding process
1. The core raw materials include quartz powder, fly ash (silica), quicklime, Portland cement (calcium), and imported plant fibers. There is no asbestos or radioactive harmful substances, and no formaldehyde additives are added throughout the process.
2. Production process: mixing raw materials for pulping → copying and forming → high-pressure compaction → 180 ℃ high-temperature steam curing → surface sanding and cutting; The steam curing process generates stable tobermorite crystals, and the plate structure is dense with minimal dry and wet deformation. It does not crack or pulverize after long-term use.
