Ice fire board is a new type of composite building decoration board that integrates three core functions: fire prevention, waterproofing, and decoration. Using asbestos free fiber cement board/calcium silicate board as the base material, the surface is covered with PVC decorative film and heat transfer printing finish, and formed by high-temperature and high-pressure integrated pressing. Due to its memorable name, "Binghuoban" has become a commonly used and mainstream term in the industry, widely applicable to medical, transportation, commercial, and industrial special spaces.

I、 Production process and sheet structure

1. The substrate layer is made of a mixture of siliceous and calcareous raw materials without asbestos fibers, and is cured by high-temperature steam pressure to produce a high-density core board with a density range of 1.3-1.7g/cm ³. The board structure is dense, strong, and stable.

2. The decorative layer is made of impregnated decorative paper, PVC decorative film and other decorative materials, which are firmly composite with the substrate through high-temperature hot pressing process. The surface is wear-resistant, scratch resistant, stain resistant and easy to clean.

1. Super strong fire safety performance

The substrate meets the A1 level non combustible standard and can withstand high temperatures up to 1000 ℃; When burning, it does not ignite, does not drip, and does not release toxic smoke. It complies with the national standard GB 8624-2012 fire prevention regulations and is suitable for high fire protection level places such as hospitals, tunnels, and underground spaces.

The water absorption rate of the board is as low as ≤ 0.02%, and the moisture expansion rate is ≤ 0.6%. It will not bulge, deform, or mold when placed in damp environments such as bathrooms, basements, and damp factories for a long time. Board is the preferred decoration for damp areas.
