    1. Basic substrate

    2. Metal surface layer (standard for steel calcium plate)

    The surface is coated with 0.4-0.6mm thick aluminum zinc steel plate, and the surface is sprayed with fluorocarbon paint and inorganic enamel weather resistant coating, greatly improving the anti-corrosion, scratch resistance, and decorative effects.

    3. Composite molding process

    Through high-temperature pressure and static pressure curing integrated composite molding, the interlayer bonding strength of the board is ≥ 0.5MPa, and it will not open or delaminate after long-term use, with a stable and firm structure.
